How do I return an order?

If you're eligible for a refund and are wanting to return an order. A return address will be sent to you and it must be sent in the same packaging it arrived in. Products must be brand new and in the same condition it arrived in (such as packaging & tags), in order for the return and refund to be accepted.

What if the product is defective or faulty?

We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is defective or faulty when arrived and does not look the same as it does on our website, a refund will be issued immediately.
